It seems strange to me to have something made of cashmere more suited to warm weather with no sleeves- wouldn't you be hot?

They don't look a flattering shape either

Corygal · 01/09/2013 19:28

It's only 10 percent cashmere. The rest is skinny, sheer viscose.

dexter73 · 01/09/2013 19:29

Love the way they call them cashmere when they are actually 90% Modal and 10% cashmere! Bit like calling a beef burger a fillet steak!

Kezztrel · 01/09/2013 19:34

Cashmere is sonetimes a bit itchy, but not usually ime. But at least they won't be with only 10%! I like the low back but not sure what the point of them is really. I do like a lot of the Topshop boutique stuff, just bought a mint green angora jumper that I love. And it is mostly angora :)

rootypig · 01/09/2013 19:35

I've had one, it was nice and soft, not clingy. Slightly sheer. Thin straps and quite low cut so if you wear substantial bras, probably not for you. If you get one, wash it in a delicates bag. Mine had holes from the machine pretty soon.

rootypig · 01/09/2013 19:36

It won't itch, not remotely like wool

cartoontrickster · 01/09/2013 19:42

I'm thinking for layering in the autumn/winter. I've always fancied a bit of cashmere bit can't afford much.
I'm guessing from the overall reaction it probably isn't worth it even for only 20 quid.
any ideas where I can get some cheapish cashmere?

On the mobile site the model's arms looked incredibly thin (in that side profile shot; they look normal in the others). I dunno, the upper arms just looked way thinner than the forearms which can look a bit scary. Less obvious on the desktop I think? Or maybe I'm just imagining things.

I like the vest. I wouldn't buy it because it wouldn't get enough wear at this time of year but it is quite pretty, the back especially.
