I've been wearing a cream per una one with a hood for a few years now and I'm sick to death of it. I want a nice mid-weight sweatshirt (NOT fleece!) quite long in the body as I'm 5ft 10.
The white Stuff ones \link{http://www.whitestuff.com/WhiteStuffSite/girls_sweats/0007500.html\here} are far too short in the body for me and
\link{http://www.joulesclothing.com/JoulesSite/product/Womens%5FLong+Sleeved+Tops/A.CAMBRIDGE.htm\this Joules one} is a bit too lightweight for what I'm after.

The only other one that comes close is this \link{http://www.fatface.com/bin/venda?ex=co_wizr-productgrid&bsref=fatface&step=shopcartmulti&invt=12380&ordercol=alphanu&layout=productdetail\from FAt Face}. I've bought dh a few things from there but am not sure of the length for women. Anyone else bought this and know if it's on the small/short side or not?
Please help me - it seems to be an endless quest for me.

Fatface come up short in the body too IME - not as bad as that White Stuff one though - I'm 5'8" and can get away with it.
Personally I love the feel of the FatFace cotton so much I can forgive them their minor shortcomings - I still wear a hoody I bought from them when I was 19, despite many and various stains.

The hoody on the right \link{http://www.leisurewearhouse.co.uk/acatalog/Sweatshirts_and_Jog_Pants_Sweatshirt_Alternatives_Ladies_Hooded.html\here} looks long-ish in the body and might be worth a bash.
\link{http://www.crewclothing.co.uk/Womens_Sweatshirts.html\Crew} cut much of their stuff on a slightly more generous level than some, but the model shots still make the sweats look a bit short.

If I have any brainwaves I'll let you know - the only thing I can think of offhand is \link{http://www.redheadclothing.co.uk/\Redhead} or \link{http://www.rock-the-boat.co.uk/system/index.html\Rock the Boat} that specialise in rowing kit, and may have longer lengths designed to keep the small of your back warm.

Thanks MrsB. I like the crew cut stuff. Will have a proper browse when not at work. They have a lovely padded gilet there too which is another of my quests - so thanks for that link. Bugger just looked no blue ones in anything other than an 8!
I like the stuff on the leisurewear link - this in partic is nice
\link{http://www.leisurewearhouse.co.uk/acatalog/Front_Row_Drill_Shirt_with_Patches.html\here}. I realise it's prob the same weight as the Joules one but it's much cheaper!
