Do we like this and has anyone bought from Zalando?

I've been looking for a black knee length wrap a line skirt ever since my beloved Top Shop one finally died. This is the best one I've come across that's not too pricey:

My old one was more of a sort of felted wool, which I loved, but this one is washable, which I think I might love a bit more.

I've never bought from Zalando before - has anyone bought from them? Are they OK?

I'm also after a long (ankle length) grey a line skirt. I had a fab Top Shop one - again it was a kind of felted wool, it had really interesting seams on it, and it also died. I haven't had much luck finding anything.If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be really grateful!

I like the shape length etc but it looks like 'suit-y' material, I would prefer if there was some texture to it, like your felt or boiled wool. If you don't mind the fabric, then yes, I like the skirt.

Ive brought from zalando and never again! Ok its free delivery but incredibly slow over a week to deliver one pair of shoes. It was a week for despatch and then three days to be delivered.

To make matters worse they sent the wrong size and I can't log into my account to arrange a return. It just kicks me out aftee putting password in I go to my orders and it signs me out. Tried it on a few pc-s, tablets, phones.

I've bought from Zalando several times.
It's not the fastest delivery in the world because most of the stuff comes from Germany. It's delivered to you by Yodel. It all depends how good your local Yodel couriers are but I usually order on a Sunday and the parcel is here by the end of the week, usually arrives on Thursday but sometimes it is the Saturday.
