Are there any larger ladies out there who have their bikini waxed?

I want it done before I go away but I'm the most self conscious, stretch mark ridden person that ever lived.

I do want the underneath done but I'm not kneeling up and bending over... is it true you have to do that?!

Oh God Blush

You know they see all sorts, and a good therapist really won't bat an eyelid.

My very good friend has a Hollywood and is by her own admission, fat and covered with stretch marks.

You don't bend over, but you do have to open your legs wide and if it's a brazilian/hollywood you lie on your side and expose your bum!

I'm a size 20 and always have mine done before holidays. Last time I even braved the extended bikini which involved a little bit of undercarriage waxage. I was given paper tiny pants to wear and the beautician was professional throughout. No problem at all!

And I'm over 50! Grin

The therapist will not bat an eyelid. Lie on your back, nikas off, front bits first then each leg up whilst they do the under and bum bit. You will never look back - results are amazing! Wear a long top if you want to cover your belly a bit and trim any long
hair with scissors or it will hurt

No kneeling up and bending over (it's not giving birth!). Legs wide to get to the middle bits and right under yer bum, but you get knickers and can cover everything else as much as you like. And who gives a crap anyway? Sensitive therapists don't offer brazilians, so go to one that does and they really won't care! And even if you think they do? You need never see them again..!

Never wear knickers for mine.

Relax. The beauty therapist will have seen more 'undercarriages' than a midwife, probably!

Well, I feel much better. Guess I gotta just pluck up the courage!
