What to wear with this blazer?

Because this is what I look like when I wear it, and I want to look, well, um, trendy...say on a casual night out.

I'd wear a white fitted Tee shirt, a sparkly statement necklace, skinny jeans, stilettos.

Denim jeans and black stilettos? (Hopeful because I already have them)

And what kind of bag. I need a new small going out bag.

Plain black is nice, but might make it smarter rather than casual. A neutral one would go better with a casual look I think.

Actually, I'd go for something completely different with a pattern. The rest of your outfit is simple, use the accessories to make a statement.
