Navy Blue coat for DCs to wear to school?

I'm looking for a nice coat for the DCs to wear to school.

I'd prefer it to be able to be worn in more than 1 season e.g. detachable hood / fleece liner. Needs to be rainproof.

Historically have bought from Boden but they have nothing suitable this year.
