Tonight infact I bought 2 pairs of tights from the website. The chunky knit tights, one berry colour and one navy. And yes the link with the skirt looks lovely.

Boden is like the emperor's new clothes. If you saw it all hanging in a dept store concession you'd be even more likely to avoid it than Hobbs.Very clever of them to do nearly all by catalogue.

Ha ha, Sharon... I just received those tights in those shades! They're sitting next to me on the couch... I've not tried them on yet though :)
Knicker...I agree for lots of their stuff but not all. I just bought the tweed jacket in the navy check and it's to die for! So many of the tops and dresses are dire though... I avoid their patterned stuff like the plague...!
Awww...I love Hobbs stuff and would probably shop there exclusively if I could!

They are a lovely wine shade and a nice dark navy... I hope they look opaque on. Your dad's not called Tony, is he? Fagan is not that common a name and my mum was engaged to Tony Fagan from Liverpool way back in the 70s! :)

Oh no I am from Scotland and certainly not a relation I have heard of lol, the tights sound ideal. I had some BHS ones last year for winter which were fine though these look even better.

It's a small world...thought I'd ask :) Yep, it's my first go with Boden tights so they'd better be special, even at the discounted price! :)

I am sure they will be, they rele look good quality.

I got both packs of tights so the grey and black ones as well as navy/ wine. Tried them on and they are lovely- as long as wash well def worth money ( I had 20% off code) and def opaque. Nothing else really caught my eye but had bought rather too much from the autumn catalogue already.

Actually, I disagree about the emperor's new clothes and concessions etc in store....

I usually miss out on the good stuff and only decide to give it a whirl when it's all sold! So I think I find it hard to translate web pics into reality compared with other people ( unless they are all happily buying crap.)

I'd love to be able to see and feel the clothes first, but short of going to their only 2 shops, no chance.

I've seen a couple of things in the winter preview- there is a lovely tweed pencil skirt in blues- but I don't really wear formal clothes like that.
