What is the quality of eyes lips face make-up like?

I've seen a special offer for elf make-up, and I'm quite tempted, but have never used their products before. Will I be disappointed (like I always am everytime I decided to give Avon another try...)?

Hit and miss, but for the price it's worth it. I love their Kabuki brushes, lipgloss, mascara (studio) baked blusher, HD powder, eyeshadow primer.

The mineral range is good too.
