Skin care products that wont aggravate facial psoriasis

I've had psoriasis on my body since I was 8 and pretty much doesnt bother me anymore but recently I've developed it on my face and my skin has become so reactive that I can't use my usual skin care. To make things worse I got nexplanon fitted in April and since then I've had spot breakouts every week getting worse each time so now I'm spotty and flaky. I'm looking for recommendations for a face, night and eye cream that can soothe my psoriasis without making the spots worse. Any body know if such products exist?

TIA Smile

You might find Avene ok- available in large Boots. They have a website so you can read about the products.
Or some of Clinique- very gentle cleansing cream etc.
I used to have facial eczema and these products were the only ones that didn't sting.

The Aloe range from the Body Shop has transformed my skin. They gave me some trial sachets to try before I splashed out and I was amazed.

Got some Avene samples to try out. The Body Shop store in my local town shut down which was a surprise since it was always busy.
