Shoes and clutch to match this dress

Bearing in mind I will be 7 1/2 months pregnant by then (3 weeks time)

I've found a pair in KG, but they're £140 and I wanted to keep the shoes and bag to under £100 collectively.
I'm totally stuck!
Any ideas ? I was going for nude as a colour (unless anyone has a better idea)
