thinking of getting one for a wedding soon.

If anyone has one please could they say if they think it's more 'gold' or more 'silver'? Don't want anything even remotely blingy gold.
TIA.

I have one - it is silver in some light and gold in another - depends how the light hits it and whether it is bright lights or dim - - - sorry but it is really unusual as it can be either.! - - definitely not all gold bling though - - -:)

Thanks! So do you reckon it would look good at a summer wedding and reception? in church then reception at nice country venue - upmarket BBQ, dancing etc.

I think it would be perfect as it is the sort of bag that would fit a wedding - - or out at night in jeans and a jacket - - - have worn mine for both - it is just a versatile clutch but you can put the strap on it and have it as a casual shoulder bag by day too. I was thinking of getting their Maisie in Blush too for the same reason - - versatile day or evening bag. I like my bags to work hard for their money! :)

Sounds good. I guess because I'm a big fan of pewter/'dull' silver - and silver not gold jewellery - I'm a bit cautious about the gold element. But you've reassured me.

Well I hope so -- but remember - it can look gold too - - just not a blingy bright gold - - so bear that in mind.

Hi polyhymnia

I've got the gina and I mostly wear silver! I would actually describe the leather as a kind of champagne colour as its a mixture of goldy and silvery bits (does that make sense??). Its not 'blingy' (even with the gold clasp) but definitely striking and super super soft - I get so many comments on it when i use it on a night out!

Hope this helps!

Thanks a lot. I love the idea of 'champagne colour'!
Am definitely going to order one tomorrow. Can always send it back if it doesn't go with my outfit for some reason but sounds as if it should be pretty versatile.
