DC2 due shortly and unlike last time I will need to get dressed before lunchtime as I need to do the nursery run etc. what are your quick tips for keeping up a basic style/beauty regime? Any shortcuts? I've already grown my hair into a style which can be easily done, so that's one less worry. I'm guessing super quick make up such as tinted moisturise might be an idea, what else?
Thanks

Have a google on you tube , I seem to remember a while back that there was a thread on five minute make up. For clothes I would buy things that you can mix and match so that everything goes together, so that no matter what you throw on you will look coordinated. Me and em do some nice long cami tops, they are expensive but wash really well. Dresses are easy to throw on and look good.

Blusher is your friend. Takes seconds, but makes it look as if you've gone to some effort!

Agree to the idea of getting a basic capsule of clothes that you can mix and match, if you haven't already got one.

Make sure you have at least one really nice jacket and one good coat, and a couple of pairs of boots for Autumn. If you've just got jeans and a t-shirt on, a nice jacket and decent boots can pull you together.

Oh and lightweight scarves are useful too.
