Yes, it's that close - summer holiday minus one week! I need to start my prepping and could do with a kick up the jacksie to get myself going. I've been trying to lose wight and have dropped a little but not enough and now need to focus on what I have.
I have the following planned:
Carry on with 30 Day shred each day
Drink water like it's going out of fashion
No wine after the weekend
Gel nails booked for fingers and toes
Body exfoliate booked for day before travel
Try on clothes and check out which bikini hides tummy best
What else can I do please? Worth trying low carb for a week? Any thoughts or advice? I know I'll end up drinking, eating and ignoring any exercise plans when I get there, but I'd really like to look good in a bikini just for a couple of days at least!
