I need a cosy jumper. Or maybe 2. I like the boden fairisle jumpers but don't think the colours would suit me, there's a nice button shoulder one at Toast as well but a) it's expensive and b) it's very white, I have 3 children and am a childminder so it wouldn't stay white long.
Must have long sleeves and be reasonably long in the body because I hate feeling cold. I would prefer real wool or at least a wool blend. I'm a size 8/10 and 37 years old. I have no idea where to shop any more, am fed up of buying cheap things that fall apart. I have faith in your superior wisdom.....

I get most of my knitwear from gap when they do their merino jumpers although not all of them are long enough (I'm long in the body).

A lot of people rave about uniqlo cashmere.

I don't own many jumpers but thought I'd reply to give you a bump.

I bought a couple of Banana Republic jumpers last year and both were lovely and long and have washed well. One was kind of a Breton stripe with shoulder buttons in yellow. Worth a look at this season's efforts. They also have some good discounts (as do Gap).
