Jersey ones are lovely, they had the one you mention NDP and it is not hideous but better with tan methinks. Being pale and interesting I prefered the green one, it is divine.

Lots of drop waisted linen type ones, v floaty and summery in white .

Pinafore ok but looked a bit warm (?), fabric not really for me.

Thinkthey have one in Heat this week.

puff · 13/06/2006 13:32

thing is everyone will be wearing those jersey ones if they've been hyped so much

oliveoil · 13/06/2006 13:33

every one is saying weird, odd, bizarre and hideous

Green one is 3 colours of green with black thick straps, £29.50.

My Gap is massive so if anyone lives near an inferior suburban one (Cod?) I am willing to go in and get sizes etc.

puff · 13/06/2006 13:35

If I was 15 years younger and 4 cup sizes smaller I'd probably try one on Grin

I bought a gap jersey dress on Saturday in Manchester. It's dark blue, drop waisted with a tie waist and I love it! It's double layered and not clingy. I'm size 10-12 with average norks and got a size small - they're quite large sizes. I also wear another vest underneath. Didn't see any pinafore type dresses that I can remember. The jersey dresses look better on than on the hanger, deffo!

I saw the jersey dresses and thought they looked quite nice - if you were tanned and had no boobs.
the pinafore dresses looked like something I had when I was 13.
I bought a reversible skirt with a wide elasticated waist - excellent for pg tum.
