New York, again! Should I actually buy anything there?

Don't get me wrong I love to shop but its not my main reason for going in November. If I can get away with it I won't. Is there really anything there that's a bargain these days? I will get my Levi's but anything else?

j.crew is the go to destination,they are opening a store on regent st,but im sure its cheaper in the us,with more choice. rag and bone,j brands,and almost all premium denim brands are cheaper.

I was there in June and didn't shop nearly as much as I thought I would, some things I looked at were more expensive than here, exchange rate is dreadful atm

Uniqlo was good value. Same price is $ as £ so about a third cheaper. Also banana republic had a great sale on (Easter) so it may be worth looking if you like their stuff.
