Nice black above the knee skirt

I need a new skirt for work (office) and can't find a nice one anywhere! I just want it to be black, straight (not A-line or the fuller shape that seems to be popular now but looks vile on me), and, most important, just above knee height. Not a mini, not a pencil skirt. I am 5"5'.

I had one from Banana Republic in ponte stretch fabric but it wore very badly and looked tatty in no time. So I would like either wool or a quality crepe-type fabric I think.

Everywhere I look, all I can find is on-the-knee pencil skirts.

I have a ted baker one that is really simple and I love it. Just above knee and fitted but not extremely pencilly. Hth
