Need a pretty dress for a wedding - and need to be able to get my norks out!

I'm completely drawing a blank - I'm still breastfeeding my 7 month old pretty frequently and have a close family wedding to go to in three weeks - have been scouring websites and shops and can't find anything i like that is also at least kind of accessible for feeding (and available in the right size!). I'm a size 18 (sometimes 20 on top, sometimes 16 too) and have this image in my head of a dress with a fitted top and flared skirt. I'd also like a little sleeve (I want a floaty sleeve but doesn't have to be). I want it quite colourful and just on/below the knee..... anyone seen anything like that?? I'd be very happy with a pretty tea dress but I'm struggling. I also love silk and fabrics like that but am not fussy about that at this stage!
For the sake of completeness I've exhausted Monsoon, Debenhams, Phase 8, Coast, hobbs.... also tried TK Maxx numerous times but I know that's a nightmare anyhow! Please feel free to make obvious suggestions - I live abroad and am totally clueless about where to go these days! Am also in Northern Ireland so mostly looking at mail order.... so need to get on with it!!! Am not too bothered about cost for the right dress.
Thanks so much in advance if anyone can wade through that and make any suggestions!!

Now someone just linked this on another thread- would it be the right kind of thing? There was a size 16, very busty lady wearing it and she looked AMAZING.

ooh i do love that - that will teach me for only looking at the first few posts in that thread. I'll go and have a look at that website..... is it dressy enough for a wedding though? I went to my first family wedding a few weeks ago and they were all dressed to the nines.... I'm much more low key in style than glossy! thanks for giving me hope!
