Can you share your bikinis which are sturdy enough for playing with the dc

I'd quite like a bikini for chasing the dc about on the beach when we go on holiday I'm feeling optimistic about the weather

I have a few that fit ok - as long as I sit on a sun lounger with a drink. Those days are long gone though.

Can you recommend a bikini which will not leave me hanging out after chasing the dc across a beach? :)

I have bought several Freya bikinis now. I take a 36f bra and they fit really well. I can attest that they withstand bombing the pool, water volleyball and the waterside!

Also now the tops fit and lift so I done get white half moons under my boobs.

Have a look on the sale or outlet sections for some bargains.

Are their bikinis the same shape as the bras? I'm totally the wrong shape for the bras. Confused

I'm a size 10/12 and have a couple of Heidi Klein bikinis which do stay on down waterslides and with small children trying to furtle in them.

Can only wear my bikini from Melissa odabash if I am playing with DCs. Cheaper asos ones only good for sitting down, as you say. Annoying!

Eeek! Those are not cheap bikinis!

Anything at the less £££ end of the spectrum?

Panache or Bravissimo own brand
Freya don't fit me but either of these do Smile

I have just been on holiday. I took this bikini in 3 colour ways. It kept my 34d norks in when I was playing ball in the sea and pool. I never felt like they might escape.

I got 32e bikinis from next and Debenhams - I am actually a 30 e bra size but they don't do that size. They were fine- I swam and walked in them but I don't have little kids to run round after these days.

For less £££ I have bought halterneck bikinis from Boden and also the 'miracle suit' one from Tesco which have more fabric and hold than my pre-DC bikinis. They have been good for playing on the beach with the DC and also for playing in the pool.

Well, amazingly, I got a really good and all encompassing (but not frumpy) bikini from M & Co...
