And do they work..? Was reading about them the other day and was impressed with what people were saying about them. Was thinking I might get the book/ DVD and try them ( but know I probably won't be arsed to keep them up...), so wondered if any of you good ladies out there had any experience with them and is it really worth doing? ( or should I just get some Botox instead..?(

Not Eva Fraser but facercise. I absolutely swear by it. Been doing it religiously for years. Sorted out my baggy eyes and stopped me from a) having surgery and b) even wearing undereye concealer, which I used to need a lot of. I'm afraid I'm rather an evangelist Grin

Can you recommend a website or book madmomma?

sure can help! 'facercise' by Carole Maggio (think that's her name). It's worth the effort of learning the exercises by heart. What feels like a time-consuming chore at first will become second nature after a few weeks. I do my routine most nights in front of the tele - saving the eye exercises for the ad breaks so I don't miss anything Grin My kids think I'm mad but hey who cares?

I did Eva Fraser, but it was too incremental and required too much patience. Haven't done the dvd, but found a few Facercise moves on the internet (daily mail Blush ) and they do make a real difference. i do mine in the car, much to the amusement of passing van drivers.

Found her DVD in a charity shop today, must be a sign! Will play it and give it a go...
