I have NEVER (to my memory) bought a dress that looked nice on me. It's always been a case of picking the least worst. But I bought this one and it actually does look like it should. I love it!

i have a really nice pair of M&S high heeled sandals that will go well i think - they are just two skinny straps really and v cute

god i hope it fits - i'm a bit long in the body..

I've shredded before. It put me in hospital for a week (seriously)

Maybe I could just do the arm weights combined with cycling.

May I ask how short the lovely dress is?n

lol when ou all turn up wearing TH DRESS. I will appear in a puff of smoke wearing something entirely different to cackle at you all and then vanish off with my commission from House of Fraser.

How long...well I suppose it depends how long your legs are :o On me, it's above the knee but nowhere near verging on miniskirt iyswim

I had such terrible pain in my back which I ignored and it got worse until one day I couldn't sit, stand, move. Was sobbing in pain. I've previously broken my back and got slipped discs.

Was admitted for hourly morphine and an MRI as they suspected I'd slipped another disc.....I hadn't.

After six months I tried shredding again and within a week I old feel the same pain starting. So gave up.

see - exercise is bad for you. I get none of this bother sitting on the sofa with a glass of wine...

Right, I've ordered the dress - it's lovely!

Now I need some naice shoes and a hat because I'm going somewhere vair vair posh in December (so probably need a jacket too).

Anyone spotted anything that will be suitable? Or fancy a challenge? MTIA :)

I tried on today. Was not fabulous on me.

This dress started following me around the internet so I bought it.

It is clearly built for a pear shape - it makes me feel rather thin :)

(I'm not fat, but I don't often feel thin, IYSWIM)

I am a pear shape but the dress was too shift like to suit my large bottom.

But my bottom is quite large . Others will not have this problem.

It didn't suit me either. I think it was just too 'womanly' a shape, and I don't have the hips or chest or it.

What is sredding?
