Best t shirt bra for a small back/big cup

I'm a 34H/32J ish depending on the fit.

Don't like bras with fancy cups, live in T shirts so want something smooth with good coverage.

Need a lot of support, 4 months after giving birth to DS and feel wobbly!

Any suggestions gratefully received.

You might fit a Cleo Juna. Which is a nice t-short bra.

I have a Panache one (from Bravissimo) that's fab. It's very smooth and a full cup coverage. Keep meaning to get another actually.

Is the cleo juna true to size please? I need a nice nude t shirt bra.

The bravissimo satine is very good too, but has some lines on it, which are visible under plain t-shirts

I find the Satine too plungey, I fall out of the middle!

The Juna seems to run true to size. Be aware though that the little frill bit at the top doesn't lie really flat. However, it doesn't show through clothes.

The Idina (balconette) give better lift IMO.

I like the Freya Deco. Look at reviews on Figleaves...

The Deco is very popular but doesn't work for many as it's a moulded bra and therefore those with bottom heavy breasts will tend to experience gaping/falling out the the middle.

I too am a Freya deco fan (32g) or Freya rio for more support but has a slightly tern so not so good under very sheer t-shirts.
