Need an orange kaftan top!

Have seem someone wearing this and it looked fab! Bright orange katan top similar to the one worn in the M&S advertis in magazines - but where can I get one? Not too bothered about cost - but need it now!!!!!!

I've got one - bought it at M and S last year - try Ebay?!
