I've heard it mentioned a few times...

Is it JUST for straightening??

I do NOT want straight hair and I never use straighteners.

However, my hair is royally screwed after about 6 bleach jobs to get rid of henna. And yes, I was warned. And I am now trying to grow it...

It's not a bad sort of colour now but I am getting a LOT of breakages. When I brush my hair you can see these short bits that have snapped off. The ends get very very dry and sort of fluffy. It's been recently trimmed and of course I realised I will need to trim it frequently.

Will one of these keratin treatments work? Are you supposed to run straighteners through it or something? I am so confused!

It's AMAZING. I had frizzy on top, under and ends. Crazy if blow dried with straighteners curly baby hair around my forehead.

For the first 3 days it was poker straight but after that I just wash and dry naturally. It's straighter but not Mortician Adams straight! More importantly it's lost all the frizz!! It's much smoother and sleeker. It's wearing off a bit now but I've been swimming in salt water which speeds it up. There's more than enough for two treatments and my hair is past my bra strap.

Hmmm....sounds most intriguing!

See I really, REALLYcannot have limp hair. I am tall and stout with a big old face, and I need big bouncy wavy hair to balance it all out. I am worried about losing the oomph, you know?

sounds great though! How long ago did you do it/do you find it lasts for? Are you supposed to do it fairly regularly? I have to watch the pennies...

It's supposed to last months if you stay away from the sea and salt steam rooms Hmm

You can still blow dry it big, curl it....honestly it's the first time in my life I haven't had frizzy hair and can even entertain the idea of air drying!
