good shampoo for broken hair without sulfate?

my friend has a very dry hair and all broken, she want an advice in very good shampoo to use without sulfate and other things that will harm the hair more.

Millcreek botanical shampoo and conditioner has no sulfates and leaves the hair all shiny and soft. Doesn't come cheap though - about 20 quid for the shampoo and conditioner, but well worth it in my opinion.
