30th birthday dress help. Pleeeease!

I really need some help trying to find a nice dress that I can wear for my 30th birthday.

For my actual birthday I will be on a (hopefully!) messy weekend with friends in Amsterdam so it needs to be stunning but not too formal! I also want to wear it for a nice family dinner and birthday dinner with dp - not asking for much, I know

I have olive skin and dark hair. Size 12 and curvy with a smallish waist and a pair of 32g norks

I want something bright and fabulous! The sort of dress that will make people stop and ask where it's from

Oh and I can't really spend more than about £70 and would prefer to spend much less!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Oasis have some lovely dresses under 70. Or how about asos for something a bit different?

I'm totally coveting this at the minute, but it might not be bright enough for you?

There's loads of other dresses in the £50-£60 bracket on that site too.
