pushchair with back chair for toddler?

i saw a pushchair that has a chair on the back for the toddler to sit if he is tired, my boy is 4years and i have 2 years baby, i really liked this pushchair but i don't know where to find it, can any one give link please.

the back sit its not like pushchair one but just as a chair that you can fold or open while pushing the pushchair, because my 4.5 years walk majority of times so i don't want to take the double, but when he get tired that one will be perfect for him to sit.
