desperate for help

Need something to wear for an awards ceremony in a couple of weeks, posh doo I think. Will be photographed. Any Ideas?
Am 5ft 6 and a 16/18 and not too adventurous. All help welcome.

Not worn a derss for years. Whenever I go out now, not to a doo like tis before, I wear trusty windsmoor pants in black with a top. Do you think trusty trousers are suitable for posh doos or should i not worry and go in what is tried and tested.
Just worried about what I look like on photos really as I am a little chunky and dont want to look even chunkier.
