Shorts and summer dress needed! Please help

I'm so hot, need a loose-fitting cotton dress, not strappy as am big up top and it looks too rude!. Knee length or maxi would be fine, printed better than plain. Has anyone seen anything fitting this description?
Also need cotton shorts, not hot pants, as now wobbly of upper thigh, but can go shorter than knee length.
Size 16-18, can go online or get to shops, but need them by Thursday! Have looked everywhere, but no joy! Please help.

Forgot to say, dress needs to be empire line or just loose, but not waisted.

Not much left in the shops (went today) all seems to be Aw stuff now! lots of those kind of dresses in White Stuff if thats your thing.
As for shorts did see some navy ones in GAP today and bought a pair in Next but that was pre sale so might not be around now.

this linen phase eight dress is cool, comfy and non clingy. I'm 5ft and it comes to just below the knee on me.

Ooh that Phase Eight dress looks perfect. How true to size is it? ( They've sold out of 18, wondering if 16 would do...?)

On the generous size so I would think 16 would be ideal.

Dorothy Perkins and Debenhams have loads of summer holiday stuff online and so do Tesco. You could probably get it delivered to a store by Wednesday if you ordered tonight.
