Covering horrible arms - how to do it in the heat

I have been wearing lovely sleeveless summer dresses this year for the first time in ages. Problem is I'm really self conscious as my arms are old and a bit saggy and horribly veiny.

So I'd like to cover them up, at least from above the elbow. Not sure what to wear that won't be too hot or make it obvious I'm doing a cover up job.

Thought about a thin t shirt underneath my dress, but they all seem to be too substantial to wear underneath and just make me look a size bigger (and hotter) or else they have tiny short sleeves. Anyone else have this ishoo?

Seriously nobody is going to notice your arms - you are the only person who notices them. Just wear the dresses on their own. It is far too hot to be adding unnecessary extra layers.

Really, no one will notice or care. But if it makes you feel better, have a look at Wingz which are just sleeves attached to a band. I have them in full length jersey and lace but they do from just above the elbow

Oooh those wingz are a good idea.

I am really self conscious about my upper arms. They are slim and toned-ish but covered in hideous moles :(

Lately I've decided to be comfortably sleeveless and if people barf on seeing the repulsive things that's their problem! Nobody so far seems to have barfed in front of me and I've noticed many other people also have moles as well although mine are absolutely the WORST

I do my best to exfoliate, moisturise and fake tan to mitigate the impact.

So go ahead and bare those arms. T-shirts under dresses and cardies are uncomfortable and comfort is paramount. Grin

I have stretch marks on my arms which I usually always keep hidden but even I have left the cardigans at home this week. Honestly I wouldn't worry about it in this weather.

Let them out to play with all the other nonperfect arms!

I am flashing my veiny decrepit legs too

I have horrible eczema on mine and scars.
Leading up to the summer I've exfoliated them and used the green palmers cocoa butter on them.
Now they've had some sun they look ok.
It's too hot to wear sleeves just pep them up a bit and get a bit if sun on them. Fuck what people think (they probably don't btw)
