Just that really. What are your thoughts?

I'd have thought it would trash them.

GobblersKnob · 20/07/2013 13:01

Why woud you want to? Confused

Just do them in the sink with a very mild shampoo.

MrsGSR · 20/07/2013 13:01

I think the heat would melt the glue, but I might be wrong! I always put fairy liquid in my palm and then swirl the brush on it, wash it off and repeat until the water runs clear.

I wash them in the sink with shampoo. They dry really quickly in this weather. I wouldn't risk the dishwasher!

GladToBeBack · 20/07/2013 13:37

Please someone say they have done this and got clean and working brushes afterwards.......

Putting the bin lid in was a revelation Grin

lifesgreatquestions · 20/07/2013 13:39

What a shame, I was so hopeful the response would be, "of course, I do out all the time, why do it any other way?"!

I wouldn't. I use Vosene on mine. It's a great clarifying shampoo and gets through the makeup.

I put my bin lids in too!
