Eyebrows!!!!

I need help I went to get my eyebrows waxed and lashes dyed today and the girl persuaded me to have my eyebrows dyed too well they look like two bloody catterpillars running across my fod, she said they will fade but i cant go out looking like this.

i know you must all be pi**ing yourselves laghing at this(i would) but I need help any ideas apart from BIG sunglasses.

COuldn't help that. Pluck them a bit? Bleach?

Can you maybe rub some light eyeshadow or concealer in to them to dull them down a bit?

Dont think I can rub concealer on them will look awful saying that they already do so cant look much worse.
Ds keeps aying I look really funny.

I often get mine dyed and the trick is to never let them do it too dark. are you sure it isn't just because you are not used to it yet? a bit of face powder might take the edge off until you are.

lol, I was thinking more of hair bleach!! Only thing is then you might end up with ginger eyebrows.

Mazzy, I told her i didnt want them dark and she didnt leave the dye on for long, maybe it is that i am not used to them I need a second opinion i think I will go and see my mum.

ldh may well be right. I have blonde eyebrows even though I have darker hair (naturally). Dp insists I look better with lots of pencilling in, even though I think catepillars.

Leander don't bleach them, they will go a hideous color. Give a good few shampoos to them between now and the morning and they will fade. Head and Shoulders if you have it. I'd say your just not used to them yet. They'll probably look lovely when they fade out. I get mine tinted, brown, never black. How long did she leave it on?

Hollyboo i had them tinted brown and she left it on for less than a minute probably about 45 secs,
by the way my eyelashes look great long and black.

When I had mine done they looked absolutely AWFUL at first. I did have a good pluck which helped initially, and I guess they must have faded as I think the caterpillar effect went away. I wouldn't have it done again though.

Hi Hollyboo, I dont know whether they have faded or i am just getting used to them but they seem to look a lot better.They are a bit sore though from rubbing with head and shoulders,thanks for your help.

That's good at least you won't have a flaky forehead!!

Mine are really pale too. I have my lashes dyed black and I do my eyebrows brown (they are waxed too, but I do the eyebrow dyeing).

To begin with I was really conscious that they looked so dark, but have got used to it now and much prefer it. It gives your features more definition. Give yourself time to get used to it. It looks strange to start with I know
