I was bighairing this morning before work, when a subtle aroma of burning alerted me to the sad fact my babyliss big hair was in trouble. It died right there in my arms Sad. Will I replace it or is there anything else I should be looking at?

Did you get it from tesco's? They were really helpful and replaced mine even though it was a year old and I didn't have the receipt. I really did buy it from tesco. I have to say my dh took it back and he is blessed with the gift of the gab.

See if you can get a refund or replacement from Babyliss themselves.

I bought mine from Amazon and they have replaced mine 3 times now! I would normally give up on such an unreliable product, but I am addicted, can't live without it Blush. I haven't seen anything better - see if you can get refund/replacement. If you do decide to buy a new one, try and get it from a company which has a good return policy, as it will probably conk out again at some point Grin

Oooh interesting. I'll contact babyliss directly and see. Have no receipt and bought from local shop, about 2 years ago. Thanks.
