DH is driving me mad and if he gets his way she will probably be head to toe in a footie kit..Shock.

LOL I thought you meant for you. Grin I tried to put DD in a t-shirt that DD had for the last world cup for doing potty training on Saturday. But she said "like" which in her case means she doesn't like it. So that's the end of that.

bless.!! If only dd could talk..I'm sure she'd say "get me out of this naff clothing" Grin..!!!

Just seen adams have a range which isn't ott imo..Will try them...

Twisted Twee have some world cup stuff \link{http://www.twistedtwee.co.uk/shop/index.php?cat_id=27&catname='worldcup'\here} - particularly like \link{http://www.twistedtwee.co.uk/shop/view_product.php?product=5\this one} but they're all pretty good.
\link{http://www.tsena.co.uk/home/products/show/bob_and_blossom_baby_t_shirt___made_in_england_pink.62021.109\This} one's a bit more subtle. And pinker.

Try Woolworths / Tesco / Asda etc, but I haven't seen much specifically girly stuff.

Just don't spend a lot of money on it. I think I got this t-shirt which is obviously a boys (red with 3 lions on front) from TK Maxx but that was 4 years ago.

Bozza · 07/06/2006 09:05

Oh and Matalan had some stuff.

SHHHH · 07/06/2006 10:26

thanks..!! Mrsbadger I love the pink one..!!! Just looking at that site now..never heard of them before..!! Bozza, I agree about not spending a fortune..in fact I am off to asda and next now to see what they have..thanks again.

cancer research are selling red t-shirts for the bobby moore fund, that have England on the front, and Moore on the back. The small size is OK for kids.

I inadvertently bought some 'England' knickers for dd from Woolies on Sunday. She got soaked to the skin and it was an emergency purchase. £6 for 6 pairs, in pink and white, with football-type patterns.

SHHHH · 07/06/2006 14:11

zubb and fauve thanks but dd is only just 1 so think both will be to big..Anyway I have been to asda...only one top that says "boys 0 girls1" mmm not ken about a 1 year old wearing it..???? Next did bettre with a few official tops..The one I got was white with pink 3 lions on the front quite subtle..also got a jokey one saying "Im following he footie, just like my daddy" Got some cargo type shorts/pants in turquiose to go with. It should keep dh happy though..Grin.

I am so fed up wtih allt he footballs tuff in the shops. I really don't like it, but my dts have football strips (thanks to BIL), england jellies (only ones wide enough) and now ds1 has an england UV sunsuit - needed a diff one to the dts, and so this was all I could find. Angry It's taken over everywhere, and in a few weeks they'll be out anyway!
