Has anyone seen some long racer back type vests around please

I thought i could wear some with leggings . Loose fitting is possible .

Peacocks have them in store.

Slight tangent - but what bra will you wear with a racer back?

Last week at DS's sports day there were lots of women wearing these, which would be fine except they were without exception worn with a normal bra, so the whole straps were visible and totally spoiled the look of the top.

Do people realise this and like showing their bra straps?

I have avoided buying any vests this shape for this reason.

I layer mine over a vest with normal straps, or in this weather with a bikini top. New Look sell bandeau little tops which I think are meant to go under them and a strapless bra. I agree they look pants when normal bra peeks through! And my pet hate is bras with 'invisible' straps that are anything but.

I'm with you on the bra strap issue.

And what is it with wearing a pretty strapless dress but wearing a normal bra with it? Especially one that hasn't seen the likes of Sorrell and Statistically Intervention Specialists??!! not to mention washed out and grey looking

I agree they look awful with bra straps showing .

Also hate bra straps showing (especially as I wear almost exclusively nude bras for a reason!). I have one bra that clips in the middle of the straps, and also some plastic clips which you can slide straps through, creating racer back.

I've got some of those little plastic clips too. They bring the straps together at the back, but only really work well if the bra straps are quite long iyswim

I have to get DH to put them on for me though

I've seen racer back vests in Matalan, about £8, they're long and loose rather than tight vests

Racerback sports bra, of course. You can get nice ones in TK or on Amazon for about six quid at the mo, or go beserk and spend 30 quid in M&S.

New look but sizing is big I'm normally a big 16 and a 14 fits just right so maybe go a size down
