For high impact team sports? I'm a newly measured 30F/32E, squeezed into my newish 32C shock absorber which I bought when I thought breastfeeding would be over by 12 months 18 months and still going strong.

Is another shock absorber best? And where can I buy cheaply?

I definitely like shock absorbers the best! Once I knew what size I needed, I lurked on Ebay until some appeared. Got a new one for about £15 if I remember correctly.

I like the Freya Active Underwired. It comes up small in the back so you need to size up about 1 band.

I like both shock absorbers (the max one which bravissimo sells) and the freya active underwired. In both cases probably go for the 32E as sports bras almost all run small in the back

I like shock absorbers, but always take a few into the changing rooms to do the bounce test!

Thanks folks; I've ordered 2 x shock absorber in 32 E and a Freya in 32E to try from boobydoo. Just hope I manage to chose two to send back as the bill was eye watering Grin
