Recommendations for having 'colours' done in Cheshire?

I have looked on the House of colour site but there are no consultants near me. There are quite a few Colour Me Beautiful consultants. Just wondered if anyone has had their colours done in the Cheshire area and can recommend a specific consultant?

Also, are HoC and CMB basically the same?

Anyone please?!

I had my colours done by Ffyona Bassett (HoC) in Bramhall, Cheshire. I thought she was good, although seemed to take ages to diagnose me (although I am a deep brown summer, which apparently is not too common). Seemed knowledgeable and was very easy to be in the company of. HTH

HoC and CMB use different systems and have slightly different colours in their palettes.

From reviews on here it seems HoC is rated better than CMB so I would travel to your nearest HoC consultant if you can - according to their website there are five in Cheshire and another four in Manchester.

I have just had another look on the HOC site and realised I was putting my postcode into the box which is supposed to be used to search for a consultant by name, oops!

There are a few near me afterwards. Have had a couple of emails from two local CMB reps and they seem really lovely so now don't know what to do!

Hi, I had my colours done about six months ago. It was with Colour Me Beautiful and a lady called Annie Oliver. I chose Colour Me Beautiful and Annie on recommendation and it was a great experience. I felt completely at ease in Annie’s company and knowing what colours suit me has really made a difference, definitely money well spent. She makes good cakes as well……
