I'm sitting on an interview panel tomorrow to recruit to a professional post in my capacity as a board/committee member, alongside the paid Manager of the organisation.
What should I wear!
I have a smart linen suit which I normally wear for such occasions, but given the temperature, and room we'll be interviewing in, I know I'll feel hot and being a lady of a certain age, that tends to show in my face which goes bright red (not a good look!)
Can I get away with wearing a summer dress? I've got a few along these lines - but not sure if they're appropriate!
