Bless him- he just sent me a pic of a lovely Coach bag not having seen the price tag of $600!!!!

Not sure what the budget is!

Well it had better not be too low in Bloomingdales, otherwise you will end up with a purse!

Was there 2 weeks ago, the Kate Spade was lovely and they have their own GUCCI dept too, on the ground floor... Google the Gucci Jackie bag.. tis gorgeous.

Sadly I think £200 is prob the max.

Tell him to look for Marc by Marc Jacobs bags. Tell him to ask a sales assistant for help they are vv helpful there. Give them the budget and they will find you something nice. Give him a clue as to whether you want a bright coloured bag or a safe brown or black one. What sort of size. Also if 200 is your max get him to check out the Michael Kors bags too.

Oh and go on the bloomingdales website they will have all the stock so you can tell him the sort you like the best.

Update if anyone was wondering!

Well the bag didn't happen because I had to go on a mercy dash to help a friend who was admitted to hospital so wasn't on hand to peruse the pictures of lovely bags DH was sending me!

But I did get perfume and a beautiful, silky, long, navy blue scarf so I'm a happy girl!

Never mind Merlin. Scarf & perfume sounds lovely. Hope your friend is ok
