Argh, sandal feet! What do I do?

Is it just me or does everyone who wears sandals/flip flops get horrible cracked heels? What regime should I be following to prevent/cure it?

Regular use if the Soap & Glory foot file along with Flexitol.

Tobagostreet · 10/07/2013 20:37

Foot file daily (I do it in the shower), followed by a rich moisturiser.

File and moisturise every day.

Soak and foot scrub a couple of times a week.

Mockingcurl · 10/07/2013 20:47

I was told that you should only file twice a week. Any more than this encourages your feet to produce even more hard skin.

Mocking I just give my heels and the balls of my feet a quick swipe in the shower each morning and I don't have a problem with cracks or hard skin at all.

Mockingcurl · 10/07/2013 22:00

Right then, that's what I will try.

Bookwolf32 · 10/07/2013 22:25

Great, thanks for that. I'll give it a go.

My old, dry, cracked, bleeding heels are now soft and lovely, and I'm proud to show them off..........all thanks to Flexitol - excellent stuff. Apply small amounts every day for a week or two, then about (twice) weekly. We do a lot of walking, so I only apply it to the heels/soles of my feet about 1/3 of the time. I can't praise it enough!
