'posh' dress needed for dd age 11

[Pudden]

dd leaves primary school next week and there is a 'garden party' affair planned where all the girls are dressing up. We are a very casual family but she is keen to enter into the spirit of things

Can anyone help us find one?

she is 5 feet five with an hourglass figure and a good bust!- and wears a woman's size ten ( I was still wearing a vest when i was 15) long honey blond wavy hair, fair skin with freckled nose and very blue eyes. She suits paler colours..sweet pea shades, sea green etc. Don't want anything too fussy or fitted but mebbe a bit of sparkle?
Budget is £35

have a look at Oasis - they have 1000s of dresses and you might find something there? Not so many sparkles as its the summer but lots of lovely prints in various shapes like skater dresses which are sweet on young ones.
