What do I wear to an interview for a lecturing post at a college?

I realise I need not wear a suit! I would not want to anyway - I am too fat for suits (size 20 - feel size 40)

Would stone coloured trousers and a florally top in blues with the stone colour in, too, be okay? Tan sandals?

Should I rather wear black trousers, a top that has some black in it and black court shoes?

I am so keen for this job and really want to create that impression.

Help please!

Thanks for all the good wishes!

I am SO anxious about it because I really want it.

I do love the dress - going to look for mid heeled sandals today :)

Hope you hot the job. I'm a college lecturer. We wear alot of White stuff combos. Smart casual. Too smart and you put a big divide between you and the students. Anyway. Hope it went well.
