Dress for brothers wedding... next saturday!!

DBro is getting married next saturday, and I need a dress, or maybe a blouse or top to go with a grey knee length skirt. I guess budget is up to £30. I have an impressive mum tum so I'm not overly keen on bodycon dresses. Fair skin, freckles, red hair, blue eyes, size 16 top. Four kids and tired, and I need some fresh eyes. And a facinater (sp?)

The dress arrived saturday, two days after ordering. Very chuffed.

Would anyone know what colour fascinator would match? I guess I'll be wearing black or nude heels. Would red heels be a no no?
