Blister-inflicting shoes!

I have to wear a certain pair of shoes all of Saturday, I gave them a trial run today and I have two blisters on the back of my ankles to show for it.

What should I buy to protect my ankles on Saturday? I looked at the Compeed Blister bandages online. Do those work well?

Yes they are fantastic. Also try a spray called Foot Silk which is like a foot primer.

Oh god, I cannot live without compeed. But have found the much cheaper alternatives to be just as good.

I have used the Scholl blister plasters and they are fab - they stay on for a good couple of days and don't rub off when you wear the shoes again. They are also almost invisible. As a future preventative measure, vaseline rubbed on blister-prone areas sometimes helps me too.

All noted, thank you! Smile

This is why I only own sandals, trainers and boots.
