Hairdresser in Chelmsford/Brentwood area?

Are there any hairdressers that you could recommend in the Chelmsford or Brentwood area? I have a car.

I've had a couple of bad experiences in Chelmsford (a mullet at Toni&Guy and looking like a member of Whitesnake courtesy of OptionsHair). Have been getting it done in London but I'd like something a little closer to home.

Any suggestions?

I've been to Headlines in Wickford and Billericay and was always pleased (it's been a while though) and I know they have a branch in Brentwood too.
