where to buy cheap, sparkley costume jewellery?

I like brightly coloured sparkley dangling earrings. I used to buy a lot at Asda, but they haven't had much lately. Primark stuff is just too ugly. I like clear, strong colours and I prefer silver coloured metal.

I can't really eBay as I don't like the PayPal rigmarole. I would prefer to pay cash in person to be honest, but if anyone knows of a good site for this, I would buy a visa gift card with cash and use that.

Miss Selfridge, New Look, Top Shop and River Island all have decent selections of costume jewellery at varying prices. I personally prefer the stuff from top shop and miss selfridge.
