Does Zara men's run as small as ladies wear?

I'm a 12 and usually a L in Zara! Is it the same for men?

Not sure about the trousers / jeans but the tops and shoes run true to size, IME.

DC sizing seems a bit on the large size Confused

DH is a stylish beanpole and it's his fave shop for that reason - nice slim cuts on jumpers and shirts.

It does vary like mad though.
