I'm struggling with an outfit for a friend's wedding in a couple of weeks. ( city wedding, afternoon reception, no evening do.) I was hoping to wear a dress from mint velvet ( can't find a pic online but the pic is in my profile) . I am really struggling to accessorise this though - don't know what to get in terms of jacket / shrug and shoes. The dress has a black bodice with a kind of stone/ green pattern and an orange fleck. I'm not selling it here, but it does look lovely on. However, almost at the point of caving and buying something new as cannot think what to put with it. Any thoughts re jackets / shrugs / shoes would be most welcome!
