non-fugly hardwaring slippers?

I need to get some decent slippers this time.
I keep getting cheap supermarket jobbies that only last a month.
I want a proper sole that I can nip outside in so they don't get soggy, not too much over the foot though as I don't like my feet getting too hot.
I normally get ballerina type.

Anyone recommend me some??

Can recommend Romika Slippers which have good sturdy soles which allow garden forays

I have Malia 2 from Moshulu - they are brilliant. Like you got fed up with ones that last 2 months - these still going strong after 12.

UGG boots? Cosy and warm, don't need to be worn outside, will last forever

Sorry I know they are not cool but my Crocs are my feets best friends, but I don't wear them out! And they last forever

in the grey and pink. Not cheap but they last and last and are great for going out to the bins :) I normally wear a pair of supermarket slippers out within a few months but I've had these since Xmas and they're still in really good nick.

I had the Denise ones from Moshulu a while ago - crap name but great slippers (I had the blue,green and red ones)

Currently I have an M&S pair that have a knitted striped top but the sole is like a pair of Birkenstocks so hard-wearing and great for nipping out to put stuff in the bin, get something out of the car etc. without getting wet feet or wrecking them.

re: talking about slippers on a Fri night and being middle aged....can I just add, for balances sake, last Saturday night/Sunday morning I rolled home as the sun was coming up and I'm still suffering a week later.

Fluffy mules from sainsbury. Only comes in purple? Great! Last for years, really thick rubber sole can do trips across wet lawn etc. I love them!
