Can you suggest best bump band?

I'm 18 weeks- frustratingly between my usual jeans and the maternity ones I've bought..

Would like to use a bump band to hold them up until
I'm fitting them properly..

Have seen the ones in Mama & Papas but they're in black/ white.. I was thinking a nude/ skin colour one maybe best to not show beneath tops..?

Can anyone recommend which make/ brand is best. I have most chains near me or could order online..

Thanks!

I'd say a black one is best. It's more of a top extender than anything, so nude would defeat the purpose.

Have you tried extending your fly button with a hair band too? You pull the hair band in half through the hole and then loop the two ends over the button. Then cover it with the bump band. I made it to eight months on that trick.

I have only ever seen them in black and white tbh. They will show btw as they come down to cover the gap where your t shirt comes up- I think that is why they don't come in nude. Mine came from jojo maman bebe- think there is a MN discount as well.
Buy it quickly cos you might be in your maternity jeans sooner than you expect! Also they are useful after birth.

My top tip - buy cheap colourful vests (primark, H&M) and chop off the top bit to remove the straps and voila! a lovely belly band! Even cheaper if you use a vest you've already got.

Ah thank you ladies- I think I had slightly misunderstood the bump band concept!

I got mine from new look and still have them now. Youngest is 4 Grin

They're great for jeans that are a bit low & the 'builder bum' especially when your running around after toddlers. They're great for layering or if a top is just slightly to short and they keep your kidneys warm in winter!
